NOTES

One of the more attractive valve radio designs of the late fifties/early sixties. There are a number of similarly styled designs, som based on an almost identical chassis such as the Stella ST113U and Cossor 1200U.

Apparantly the sound quality isn't too good as standard. You can find a modification to improve this, along with restoration note, on the Vintage Radio Repair and Restoration's website.

SERVICE DATA The circuit is the same as for the Cossor CR1201U for which the Trader sheet 1523 was on CD#1.
CURRENT STATE Fairly tidy ... I really must get around to fixing it.. However all those dimples in the front of the case are a nightmare to clean out.
WHERE FOUND Bought this whilst at school in the very late 70's. Must have been very cheap !
